Are all the products authentic and genuine?

Yes, all the products sold are 100% genuine and sourced directly from the brand

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns/exchages. So please review your order before placing them.

What if I receive a damaged product?

In case of damaged item, you will be refunded within 7 working days of product return.

What if I receive a wrong product?

We are human too and though we rarely make that mistake. Please let us know within 48hrs of receiving your package. We will arrange for the pickup of the wrong product and send you the right product ASAP.

How long before I receive my product?

We know you are very excited to receive your product. But the estimated time for most of India is 2-7 working days. For north-east India and J&K the estimated time may be upto 10 working days.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only if it is not shipped. Once the order is marked as shipped it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order before confirming it.

We accept Debit/Credit/NetBanking and COD.

11. What if the colour does not look the same as shown on your website?

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colour swatches shown on this website. Whilst every effort is made to either source or create the best possible makeup colour swatch, there are other variables such as the computer or device you are using to view the website. All computer monitors display colour slightly differently, and they are not generally colour-calibrated for faithful reproduction.This means that the swatch you are viewing will probably look different than a physical sample of the product. We urge you to research the item you are considering for purchase, many beauty blogs will do exhaustive reviews and will often have more information on the products.
